This may sound incredible, but the performance of the
PTCL actually improved during the recent strike by its employees.
Telephones which had been dead for several days suddenly started working,
crosstalk which makes life intolerable for telephone users was
non-existent, and one could get through to any number on the first
attempt.
It would be a good idea for PTCL employees to go on
strike for a whole year. Better still, why not sack all of them and save a
substantial amount of money?
