Criminal dealing

Sir: According to a news item, a bank branch located in E-Market (PECHS), Karachi
was robbed by the same gang twice in six months. According to Tipu Sultan
police, since the area is infested with criminals, they have advised the bank
management to shift the branch to a safer location. In any other country, the
police would have cleared the locality by arresting the dacoits, but this being
Pakistan, they dare not do so. By the same logic, since there is rampant crime
in the whole city, the twenty million residents of Karachi should be shifted to
other cities!
