Sir:
The Sindh High Court has dealt two blows to corruption in
the province. The first was when it restored NAB’s powers and now it has
nullified the ruling party’s blatant attempt to arrogate to itself the power to
muzzle the police. They say that they will file an appeal in the apex court.
What will they do if the SC upholds the SHC’s decision? Will they pass a law
preventing courts from hearing cases against them?
