Run by foreigners

Sir: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif recently said that special laws could be introduced to grant Gwadar a similar status to that of Hong Kong. Perhaps he does not know that Hong Kong got its special status by first being handed over to a superpower for 150 years, and that it still has its own currency, laws and administrative setup that it inherited from Britain. Are we ready to have, within our own country, a place that is entirely run by foreigners? Oh, I forgot, virtually the entire country is presently controlled by foreign elements such as Uzbeks, Chechens and the US, etc. Hence I suppose it will not make much of a difference having an entire city in Pakistan where Pakistanis are regarded as foreigners.
