A cleaner Lahore

Sir: A friend of mine visited Lahore after many years and was surprised at the change he saw. The old city, which had been the dirtiest locality in the city not so long ago, was incredibly clean. No plastic bags, no garbage, everything spotlessly clean. Apparently a Turkish company has been given the contract to manage Lahore. The Punjab chief minister has done a great job, with a budget much less than that of Sindh’s. I believe we should buy an air ticket for the Sindh Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah to visit Lahore to learn how to spend the budget money wisely.
